Here are the most common questions we get.

All of our scheduling is done with our online "Smart" system in 3 easy steps

  1. Click on the Schedule/Login link in the top menu on this site
  2. Create an account (if you do not already have one)
  3. Create a project - The system will walk you through the process!

Rescheduling is easy!

  1. Log back into the system
  2. Change the shoot date and time - You will be presented with an updated calendar that will show you currently available dates and times.
  3. Make your selection

We understand that things happen  and you may need to reschedule. We do not charge a fee for rescheduling  under normal circumstances.


 

How does the "Smart" system work?

After  you enter basic information (address, square footage and photo package)  the system will geocode the location for travel time. The square  footage will tell the system how long the photographers will need to be  on site. 

You will then be presented  a calendar that will show you dates and times that one of our  photographers will be available to shoot your property. 

Once you select your time you are set! No further negotiations for time are needed.

Need  to make changes? No problem. Log back into the system and add  additional items for us to do or change your shoot date and time. 

Please be aware, if  you add items to your project you may need to select a new time as the  time slot you had chosen prior may not be long enough to include your  new items!

Photos

All still photos will be delivered the same day with no additional charge. Same day is by the end of our work day. How early that will be will depend on our work load for that day.

Need them in a rush? We offer 3 hour Rush Delivery for $30.

Video

Videos  will be delivered no later than the next morning. In most cases, the  video will be delivered same day but this will depend on our work load  for that day.

Floor Plan

Digital Floor Plans with room dimensions will be delivered within 12 hours of the conclusion of our shoot.  Need them faster? When you order you will see an option for 8 hour delivery at an additional rate.

Virtual Tour

3D  Virtual Tours can and will usually be ready at the time of photo  delivery. However, the third party vendor that supplies them for us will  make no guarantees about delivery time.  It is safe to say that in a  vast majority of the cases your tour will be ready by the next morning.


 

You will receive an email when your project is  completed. In this email will be a link that will take you back to our  site where you can download your photos (video, floor plan, etc.)

If  you do not receive an email by that evening - please log into the  system and check. Sometimes emails can get caught in your spam folder  and you won't get your notice!


 In your email notification our system sends you there is a link to  allow others to download the images on your behalf. You can forward  that email to whomever you need to process your photos! 


We charge by the square foot not by the number  of pictures. Why? because we let the property dictate how many photos  are needed to adequately showcase what it has to offer.

Not  every 2000 square foot home can be covered in 24 photos. It isn't  uncommon for us to deliver 30 or more photos for a home this size. Some  properties may need 40!

You will find that we typically deliver many more photos that you will require. We would rather take too many than too few.  


 Probably not?


Gloomy  days and gray skies aren't usually a problem for interior shots and covered patios. We will replace ugly  skies with beautiful blue skies when the need arises at no additional  charge.


Rain and snow can cause issues, and high winds, especially if you have chosen drone shots. Just one  raindrop of the lens of the drone can ruin every shot. We typically  won't notice them until it is too late. 


Because of this, we prefer not to fly or shoot outside, even if it is just drizzling.


Absolutely!

 

We  know that a property that is prepared will look better in photos. 


Sometimes, sellers need assistance in determining what needs to stay and  what needs to go for photo day.

If you go back into your project and change the square footage,  and the new square footage puts you in a different pricing tier, the  system will add the outstanding balance to your project. 


Please make  sure you put the correct square footage of the property in when  scheduling! 


While we may temporarily move items for better  composition, as a rule we do not move large items or things that  weren't cleaned up prior to our arrival.
